You may think learning a skill will land you a job, but faster than you can apply, I can have the position outsourced. To learn a skill is mandatory, but to learn how to think is critical. Anything you can do, I can program a robot to do better. But I cannot program a robot to think. Step outside the bounds of automatons to remain competitive. There are many decisions to be made and few with the courage to make them.
