Israel’s real problem isn’t Hamas in Gaza, but its changing demographics. Just as the United States is quickly becoming a majority “minority” country because of its Hispanic population growth, so will Israel soon be a majority Muslim country. When that happens (not if), just as the Berlin wall came down with the reunification between East and West Germany, so will Palestine and Israel reunite. So really they’re fighting the inevitable over there.
