USPS finally decided to deliver my missing package one month later .. “But why” you might ask?

Because it’s under article 1 section 8 of the constitution .. It falls under providing for the general welfare .. If the government had shunned its constitutional responsibility to deliver my package then it would inevitably raise questions about their ability to provide universal healthcare ..

It was literally a matter of life and death ..
