There were two separate illegal immigration case lawsuits brought by civil liberties groups against the Obama administration.
One was against indefinite detention of minors, and the other was against indefinite detention of adults.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against indefinite detention of minors while the Supreme Court ruled in favor of indefinite detention of adults.
And that’s why minors are being separated from adults.
Adults are required by law to be detained while minors are required by law to not be detained.
So now retarded liberals are celebrating that Trump is violating the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling with his Executive Order (a ruling they previously fought for and celebrated) resuming indefinite detention of minors and asking the court to allow indefinite detention of minors.
Please, stop making me pay for your public education. It’s not working.
