Trump should have moved as early as January 30 (when both contagiousness and fatality had become known) on testing, contact tracing, production of PPE, and public acclimation to universal mask usage, but when you’re surrounded by college educated dummies, I guess it’s easy to fall back on “it’s just a flu, bro”.
