States don’t have a tenth amendment right to violate the people’s first amendment right to peaceably assemble by ordering people to stay at home.
Stay at home “guidelines” may be implemented, but “orders” are followed at the pleasure of the people. Once the people no longer comply, states have no choice but to give way to avoid violating the Constitution.
Find a better way than to order free people around.
US population is approximately 329 million people. EU population is approximately 445 million people. At the same point time, US had slightly more cases than EU, yet had much fewer deaths.
United States healthcare is superior to European Union healthcare.
Wear a filtered mask in enclosed spaces, preferably an N95+ respirator.
Oops. Not even close to enough money. They should have allocated ten times that, or 3.49 trillion. No rescue loans, no paycheck protection.
