Many remaining workers are now de facto government employees by proxy vis-à-vis paycheck protection program forgivable loans.

SWAT team in West Odessa, Texas raided a bar that opened in violation of Governor Abbott’s executive order prohibiting bars from reopening. The bar opened in protest, saying “all businesses are essential”.
