Brooks was being arrested for DUI. While being arrested, he was resisting. Brooks got into a struggle with the first officer, and stole his taser.

Brooks runs and the second officer chases after him. Brooks points and fires the stolen tazer at the second officer, at which point the officer shoots Brooks.

Protesters burn down the Wendy’s to get justice.
