Contrary to what many believe, Joe Biden did not win with more blacks in Atlanta, but with virtue signaling suburban whites who after patting themselves on the back for being racially sensitive allies fighting injustice are now back to brunch.
In fact, Atlanta blacks shifted to Trump, who delivered on criminal justice reform, community investment, and other things.
For that reason, aside from the usual lip service to drum up white suburbanites, Joe Biden won’t do anything substantive to help blacks, and until the next election you’ll forget that black lives even matter.
