Kidnapping and torturing an ambassador’s daughter is “unfortunate” and the perpetrator should investigate himself, yet everyone’s shocked at how quickly it all came apart.

I shared an RTA Pashto video, and had the video blocked. RTA owns the video and doesn’t appreciate me sharing it. Meanwhile they complain about the Taliban winning the social media war.
That’s all you need to know about the inept Afghan government.
I will still dispute and post, if I can, but no sympathy here.

The Ministry of Defense is inept at social media. Airstrike footage just isn’t worth sharing. Afghan media companies should step in to produce a better social media narrative.
Also, sharing and re-sharing year old footage as current footage to bolster morale instead lowers morale once everyone realizes it’s a lie. Take that for what it’s worth.
I get it, some would rather hear lies. Sorry, but telling lies is how they got here.
Afghanistan should have elected a taller president (or one smart enough to not take pictures standing next to a scowling giant).
