All three liberal justices voted in favor of the OSHA mandate. If Hillary had won in 2016 and appointed three liberal justices instead of Trump winning and appointing three conservatives justices, the Supreme Court would have upheld the OSHA mandate.

The Supreme Court allowed the HHS CMS vaccine mandate on healthcare workers. Kavanaugh, whom liberals accused of being a rapist during his confirmation hearing, joined the fake conservative Roberts. Barrett joined Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas. You’d think Kavanaugh would have more self respect, but I guess not. Healthcare in this country is garbage anyway, so it’s not much of a loss.
