Bernie Sanders picked up 115k votes (85.69%) in the Democratic primary in his home state of Vermont in 2016, but only 79k votes (50.7%) in 2020. That’s despite the total votes cast increasing from 135k to 157k.
Hillary picked up 18k votes in 2016. Biden picked up 34k votes in 2020.
Bernie isn’t as popular as you all wish him to be.
