States don't have a tenth amendment right to violate...

States don’t have a tenth amendment right to violate the people’s first amendment right to peaceably assemble by ordering people to stay at home.

Stay at home “guidelines” may be implemented, but “orders” are followed at the pleasure of the people. Once the people no longer comply, states have no choice but to give way to avoid violating the Constitution.

Find a better way than to order free people around.
