77.1% of all indefinitely confined voters in Wisconsin registered in 2020, increasing from 4,504 in 2019 to 169,901 in 2020, a 3,672% increase over the previous year.
The Wisconsin Supreme court ruled in December 2020 that Emergency Order #12 (COVID) did not render all Wisconsin electors indefinitely confined, but that’s all the time we had.
31.78% of the 534,695 online and mail registrations in 2020 registered as indefinitely confined. Those who registered in person in 2020 were obviously not indefinitely confined by virtue of leaving their house to register.
That’s a lot of disability. Wisconsin should probably look after those people, they can barely walk.
