Russian forces from Crimea blow up one of the dams blockading the fresh water supply from Ukraine to Crimea.

Crimea had its fresh water supply cut off by Ukraine when it held a referendum in 2014 to join the Russian Federation.

This referendum, which took place when Obama was president, made a lot of players big mad.
