Russian strike on International Center for Peacekeeping and Security near Lviv in Ukraine, the Yavoriv training center where NATO advisors were training the ground forces of Ukraine.
Russian MoD says the strike targeted foreign mercenaries enlisting to fight for Ukraine, as well as foreign weapons.
