Russian Ministry of Defense says NATO is making multiple attempts to evacuate one or multiple persons from Azovstal in Mariupol, first by helicopter, which Russian forces shot down, now by cargo ship, which the Russian Black Sea fleet fired on. Russia won’t allow the evacuation.
