War in Afghanistan map for June 27, 2021.

Taliban picked up districts in multiple provinces and were forced out of a few others. Too many to get into in detail.

Taliban captured Shortepa, Balkh, captured more vehicles, petrol, another howitzer.

Taliban captured Muqur, Ghazni, captured many vehicles.

Afghan government forces escorted out of Zabul by Taliban after Shamulzayi belt was captured.

Afghan Air Force conducted air strikes in Panjwayi, Zhari, Khakrez and Ghorak districts in Kandahar province.

Najiba Noor Delwari, Afghanistan’s only female district police chief, for the district of Jawzjan, on the frontline in Sheberghan.

Daughter of a former Taliban militant, she convinced her father to leave the Taliban. I guess the way to end the Taliban is for daughters to rebel against and stand up to their Talib fathers.

Taliban and ANSF / Junbish movements around Andkhoy.

The Taliban group that killed 20+ commandos in Dawlatabad, Faryab (including Col. Sohrab Azim) went north to capture Andkhoy, Faryab and was subsequently confronted by an ANSF / Junbish force resulting in fierce fighting over Andkhoy. Another Taliban group is believed to be coming up on the ANSF / Junbish force from behind.
